Sean Carmody, originally from Bandon, Co. Cork is our Head Coach. Sean is a competent brown belt in BJJ as well as a national MMA champion. Actively competing to winning national titles in BJJ also.
Super grateful to have him taking over as Head Coach to pass on his depth of technique to our students.

Niall is a purple belt in BJJ & an active event organiser on the scene.
Combined in partnership, we believe we will be one of the top gyms in the country within a few years. The raw materials are there.
